Our Mission
Our focus is on the sick, scared, injured, and forgotten animals. This philosophy has led to some referring to us as “The Island of Misfit Cats,” a nickname we proudly accept. Our goal is simple. Provide care for these forgotten animals and find their happy ending. We are exclusively volunteer-run and donor-funded and are so thankful for all the people who have contributed to our mission and those who have opened their homes to some of our beautiful animals. Kizzy’s Place is a place for friends.
